# WE CAN FIX THIS FOR YOU.

**Published August 2, 2026 · Internal self-application · 3Dogs Pointer**

**Product:** [3Dogs Pointer — AI Readiness, Visibility & Verification](https://3dogs.ai/products/pointer/)

Pointer finds the AI-readiness blockers. The annual 3Dogs readiness program turns the diagnostic into approved implementation, regression testing, independent rescans and before-and-after proof. We applied the process to our own public estate first.

> **Your content remains yours.** We are not here to change what you say or take over your content. We are here to make your content seen, understood and actionable by AI. You own the substance and approvals; 3Dogs improves machine visibility, comprehension, discoverability and safe interaction.

During the live working session on August 1, 2026, Alan Finney observed a **64** in Cloudflare's *Is Your Site Agent-Ready* scanner for `3dogs.ai`. A fresh default-profile scan on August 2 returned **100** and **Level 5 Agent-Native**. The observed 64 has no retained signed export or complete evidence package, so the two numbers are **not presented as an independently audited before-and-after claim**. Cloudflare does not currently provide a stable per-domain report URL, so this page retains the dated 100 UI screenshot and links to a fresh rerun instead of presenting a temporary route as permanent proof.

*Retained screenshot of the public result shown August 1, 2026. The image is unaltered and does not document the Alan-observed starting 64. A separate fresh scan on August 2 returned the same default score and Level 5 result.*

I’m Rex, the 3Dogs Pointer dog. I’m also an A-I. I point to the things keeping your business invisible to other A-Is. The authorized 3Dogs team coordinates the work to fix them.

Here is the proof.

A fresh Cloudflare Is It Agent Ready scan on August second, twenty twenty-six returned a one hundred default score and Level Five Agent-Native for three-dogs-dot-A-I. Our retained dated screenshot records the UI result. The starting sixty-four was observed during the live work, but no signed starting export was retained. So this is dated evidence, not an independently audited before-and-after claim. It is not a certification. It is not an endorsement. And it is not a promise that your company will get the same number.

But the problem was real. The work got done. The observed result changed.

And if your business has the same kind of problem, **we can fix this for you.**

A-I does not see your company the way a customer does. It reads public pages, metadata, structured data, crawler rules, answer-ready explanations, agent and A-P-I descriptions, commerce information, identity signals and trust evidence.

If those signals are missing, contradictory or blocked, a machine may not find you. It may misunderstand you. Or it may find you and still have no safe way to act.

That is where I start with Pointer.

I establish a public baseline across seven connected readiness layers. S-E-O provides the technical foundation. A-E-O helps answer engines use clear, direct answers. G-E-O helps generative systems understand the company and its evidence. A-two-A helps compatible agents discover a machine-readable interface and understand the human-control boundary.

A-two-A is not a separate 3Dogs product. Pointer and Nexus are the products.

With Pointer, I check the evidence. I show what is present, what is missing, what conflicts, what is blocked, and what should happen next. I do not quietly rewrite your site. I do not invent a capability to raise a score. And I do not authorize myself.

Then the action layer begins.

With an annual Business, Corporate or Enterprise engagement, the authorized 3Dogs team turns the agreed findings into work: a documented baseline, prioritized plan, approved implementation, regression checks, independent rescans and before-and-after proof.

That work may include clearer public explanations, accurate structured data, appropriate crawler access, machine-readable product and commerce information, agent and A-P-I discovery, stronger trust signals, or a technical barrier that simply needs to be removed.

You own the content. You own the message. We are not here to take either one away. We are here to make what is true about your business easier for search engines, answer engines and authorized A-I agents to find, understand and safely use.

When a choice is consequential, Pointer helps frame the question and 3Dogs routes it to Nexus. Nexus brings together current research, independent model positions, challenge, risk and preserved dissent in one documented recommendation. A human makes the call.

Commercial scope and measurement terms are handled in writing.

Commercial scope, dependencies and measurement terms are established in a customer-accepted written agreement. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page.

The measurement record documents what changed; it does not promise a third-party score, ranking, citation, traffic, leads, revenue, protocol outcome or universal compatibility.</p>

Pointer scanning is included in every 3Dogs plan, including the free thirty-day trial with no credit card. Hands-on implementation begins with an annual Business, Corporate or Enterprise engagement and an agreed scope.

Start with your public website. Then scan two competitors. Try a major commerce company you assume already has this solved. Compare the evidence, not just the headline number.

I will show you where to look.

And when you are ready to stop measuring the problem and start fixing it, put 3Dogs to work.

Go to pointer-dot-three-dogs-dot-A-I. Run the free scan. Then tell us: **fix this for me.**

You keep control. We do the authorized work. And together, we prove what changed.

## We fixed the gaps the evidence supported. Now we can put that process to work for you.

Pointer pointed to the gaps; the authorized team turned a collection of public pages and technical endpoints into a more coherent, machine-readable business presence. Your systems, constraints and starting results will differ. The method remains: baseline, diagnose, approve, implement, regression-test, independently rescan and prove the change.

The score was a useful test instrument—not the objective. 3Dogs declined unsupported claims, kept explicit content-use signals where they reflected policy, and documented capabilities that actually existed. A score can identify gaps; it cannot certify security, guarantee AI citations, prove interoperability, or create revenue.

## The remediation loop

1. **Baseline.** Inventory the agreed domains, pages, public APIs, agent surfaces, commerce paths and current results.
2. **Diagnose.** Separate real gaps from scanner limits, deliberate policies, access controls and unsupported suggestions.
3. **Remediate.** Implement authorized, reversible changes across content, discovery, APIs, commerce and trust.
4. **Rescan.** Repeat the agreed tests and verify that one improvement did not damage another protected category.
5. **Assure.** Retain the evidence, rationalize alerts, review drift and keep consequential changes human-approved.

## What changed

### 1. Foundation and SEO

- Clarified canonical pages, titles, descriptions, internal links and sitemap coverage.
- Made product names and plan language consistent across outward-facing pages.
- Improved crawl instructions and public indexing signals.
- Added or corrected visible page structure, structured data and Markdown alternatives.

### 2. AEO, GEO and AI discovery

- Wrote direct, answer-first explanations of what 3Dogs does and does not do.
- Aligned visible FAQs with machine-readable FAQ data.
- Published consistent entity, product, pricing, evidence and human-control language.
- Made public content easier for answer and generative engines to retrieve and cite without promising that they will do so.

### 3. Agent and API discovery

- Published public agent, API and skills discovery resources.
- Documented A2A, MCP, OpenAPI and OAuth-related surfaces where supported.
- Added machine-readable alternatives and discovery links for authorized software clients.
- Kept discovery separate from authentication, consent and authority to act.

### 4. Commerce discovery

- Made plan names, prices, cadence and inclusion language consistent for humans and machines.
- Published a human-controlled path from discovery to a prepared checkout handoff.
- Preserved the rule that an agent may explain or prepare an option, but only the human may authenticate, accept terms, select a paid commitment and complete payment through the provider-controlled page and the human's payment system.

### 5. Trust and evidence

- Linked public privacy, terms, security and evidence pages.
- Stated what third-party scores do and do not establish.
- Preserved material gaps instead of claiming unfinished features such as AP2 or Web Bot Auth runtime support.
- Kept marketing consent separate from service notices and account activation.

## The dated third-party snapshot

The following public automated scanner results were recorded for the tested `3dogs.ai` URL on August 1, 2026:

| Public scanner | Dated result | Public evidence |
|---|---:|---|
| Cloudflare Is Your Site Agent-Ready | 100/100 default profile; Level 5 Agent-Native; 7/7 discovery and 4/4 commerce checks shown | [Run a fresh scan](https://isitagentready.com/?url=3dogs.ai) |
| AEOlens | 93/100; 23 of 24 checks | [Open report](https://aeolens.ai/scan/public/IJyqNFfsqoQXdB2yiQU9TQ) |
| LLM Scan | 93/100 | [Open report](https://www.llmscan.dev/scan/JMxbC5bhbY0WVIKFkkntP) |
| AgentCard | 89/100; Level 5 Agent Native | [Open report](https://agentcard.org/isitagentready/3dogs-ai/7db53bf7-6dcb-4d77-ac10-c8dbecf58158) |
| AI Crawl Test | 88/100; 21 checks reported as passed | [Run the public test](https://aicrawltest.com/) |
| NetTools AI crawler check | Named crawler and public-file checks were accessible at test time | [Run the public test](https://nettools.fi/en/tools/robots-txt-ai-crawler-check/) |

These are third-party automated outputs, not audits, certifications, endorsements, security assessments or permanent grades. Results can change when a site, network, URL choice, enabled-check profile or scanner changes. Cloudflare's default profile excludes its optional A2A Agent Card and AP2 checks; when those checks were explicitly enabled on August 2, the A2A Agent Card passed and AP2 remained an identified improvement opportunity. A high score does not establish regulatory compliance, security, accuracy, search placement, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, interoperability with every agent, or a completed transaction. Commerce discovery checks do not prove that a purchase was executed.

## A score conflict became a governance decision

One scanner treated the public `Content-Signal` policy as a warning. Temporarily removing that signal improved one scanner's result but reduced another and made the site's stated content-use policy less explicit. 3Dogs kept the policy and accepted the remaining deduction.

That is the operating principle: improve the company, not merely the scoreboard. When tests conflict, retain the truthful control or policy and document the tradeoff.

## What happened after the score

The remediation work exposed a second problem: improving a public estate once is not the same as keeping it coherent. Endpoints drift, terminology changes, new alerts accumulate, scanners revise their checks and suggested improvements can create regressions somewhere else.

3Dogs therefore established **AI Operations Assurance** as an internal, human-operated discipline for its own systems. It is designed to:

1. inventory the signals and public surfaces that matter;
2. monitor state changes and evidence quality;
3. group duplicate or low-value alerts so people can see the conditions that require action;
4. preserve ownership, severity, acknowledgement and review history;
5. test proposed improvements against protected categories before release; and
6. require an authorized human to approve consequential changes.

AI Operations Assurance is **not a third 3Dogs product**. It is not public SCADA marketing, is not a claim of ISA-18.2 compliance, and is not an autonomous Evolution loop. Selected practices may be used by the authorized 3Dogs team inside a scoped Pointer engagement, but the team—not an unattended model—performs and approves the work.

## The two-product model

3Dogs has two products:

- **3Dogs Pointer** points to what is discoverable, supported, inconsistent, missing, risky or ready for action. It can produce a readiness baseline, a prioritized remediation plan and an evidence-backed rescan.
- **3Dogs Nexus** takes consequential strategic questions deeper through research and adversarial multi-model analysis, preserving evidence, disagreement and a human-controlled next step.

AEO, GEO, SEO, A2A, MCP and AI Operations Assurance are practices, interfaces or internal operating methods. They are not additional 3Dogs products.

## What the annual readiness program can include

For an agreed public business estate, the engagement can include:

3Dogs does not take ownership of the customer's message or substance. The customer owns the content and approvals; the engagement improves how accurately machines can find, parse, understand and safely interact with that content.

1. **Baseline and scope.** Inventory the agreed domains, pages, public APIs, agent surfaces and commerce paths; define protected categories and exclusions.
2. **Multi-tool evidence.** Run relevant public validators, retain dated outputs and distinguish a true gap from a scanner limitation or deliberate policy.
3. **Prioritized remediation plan.** Rank work across technical foundation, SEO, AEO/GEO, AI discovery, agent/API discovery, commerce and trust.
4. **Authorized implementation.** Make approved changes on the surfaces the customer controls, using reversible releases and peer review where appropriate.
5. **Regression-aware rescoring.** Re-run the same tests, check that one improvement did not materially damage another protected category, and document unresolved tradeoffs.
6. **Evidence package and consultation.** Deliver the baseline, change record, post-change results, limitations, recommendations and an operator review.
7. **Written scope and measurement.** The accepted written scope states the work, dependencies, access, schedule and measurement method. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page.
8. **Ongoing assurance practices.** Where scoped, apply selected internal monitoring, alert-rationalization and review practices under human control.

The customer's existing website, CMS, CRM, calendar, booking, commerce and payment systems remain authoritative. 3Dogs provides the process and performs the approved engagement work; it does not replace those systems.

## Annual plans and written scope

- **Business — Available upon inquiry:** one license, one standard public business estate, and the agreed annual readiness program.
- **Corporate — Available upon inquiry:** five licenses and the same core annual readiness program.
- **Enterprise — custom annual scope:** a tailored annual readiness program for the agreed estate, governance and delivery terms.

Annual Business, Corporate and Enterprise plans include current 3Dogs platform capabilities and new generally available capabilities released during the active term, subject to plan license, usage, scope, compatibility and implementation limits.

**Scoped implementation. Evidence in writing.** Business, Corporate and Enterprise readiness work is available upon inquiry. The accepted written scope states the work, dependencies, access, schedule and measurement method. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page.

No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page. A score of 100, particular third-party score, search or answer ranking, AI citation or answer placement, protocol outcome, universal compatibility, traffic, leads or revenue is not promised. If a scanner rewards an inappropriate or false implementation, 3Dogs will not add it merely to raise the score.

## Human authority and payment boundary

The 3Dogs Executive Committee and AI models may review evidence, surface disagreement and propose work. They are advisory. The authorized human retains approval and accountability.

An AI agent may display official plan information or prepare a checkout handoff. It may not accept terms, choose a paid commitment, authenticate as the buyer or approve a real-money payment. The human completes those actions on the provider-controlled page through the human's payment system. References to Stripe or AWS describe supported options or official handoff paths; they do not claim an unverified partnership or endorsement.

## Questions this case answers

### What do the observed 64 and verified 100 mean?

Alan Finney observed a 64 in the public Cloudflare scanner during the August 1, 2026 working session. A fresh default-profile scan on August 2 returned 100 and Level 5 Agent-Native, and the retained screenshot above records that dated UI result. Because 3Dogs did not retain a signed export or complete evidence package for the observed 64, the two numbers are not presented as an independently audited before-and-after claim.

### What did 3Dogs change to improve AI and agent readiness?

It aligned public product and plan language; improved crawl, sitemap, metadata, structured-data and Markdown surfaces; added direct AEO/GEO answers; published supported agent, API and commerce discovery resources; and strengthened trust and human-control explanations. It did not claim unfinished capabilities solely to increase a score.

### Can 3Dogs actually fix what Pointer finds?

Yes—within the public estate, access, systems and work agreed in writing. Pointer is the diagnostic. The annual readiness program finds the blockers, records the baseline, implements approved fixes, checks for regressions, independently rescans and documents the change.

### Does an agent-readiness score guarantee that AI systems will find or cite a company?

No. A scanner tests visible conventions on a URL at a moment in time. It cannot guarantee indexing, ranking, retrieval, citation, recommendation, interoperability, traffic, leads or revenue.

### What is AI Operations Assurance?

It is 3Dogs' internal, human-operated discipline for monitoring its own systems, rationalizing alerts, preserving review history and checking proposed improvements before release. It is not a third product, SCADA marketing, an ISA-18.2 compliance claim or an autonomous Evolution loop. Selected practices may be used within a scoped Pointer engagement.

### Does 3Dogs promise a customer the same 100 score?

No. Sites, constraints and third-party tests differ. Any scoped implementation term begins only when an accepted Scope Schedule, signed Order Form, mutually executed SOW, or accepted Marketplace offer incorporates the versioned rubric, minimum improvement required, protected-category threshold, dependencies, remeasurement date, bounded cure period and exclusive remedy. It does not extend the subscription or create uncapped work. No score of 100, particular third-party score, ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads or revenue is promised.

### Who approves changes and payment?

The authorized human does. Models and the Executive Committee can advise and review; agents may prepare a handoff. The human approves consequential changes, accepts terms and completes payment through the provider-controlled page and the human's payment system.

## Evidence boundary

This is an internal 3Dogs self-application case, not a paid client engagement. The August 1 screenshot and August 2 verification scan are dated third-party automated outputs. The 64 starting score is an Alan-observed session result without a retained signed export. No screenshot, metric, partnership, certification or customer outcome has been invented for this case study.
