A fresh Cloudflare Is It Agent Ready scan on August second, twenty twenty-six returned a one hundred default score and Level Five Agent-Native for three-dogs-dot-A-I. Our retained dated screenshot records the UI result. The starting sixty-four was observed during the live work, but no signed starting export was retained. So this is dated evidence, not an independently audited before-and-after claim. It is not a certification. It is not an endorsement. Evidence boundary: these are dated third-party automated outputs, not audits, certifications, endorsements, security assessments or permanent grades. Results can change with the site, network, selected URL, enabled-check profile or scanner. Cloudflare's default profile excludes its optional A2A Agent Card and AP2 checks; when explicitly enabled on August 2, the A2A Agent Card passed and AP2 remained an identified improvement opportunity. These results do not establish security, regulatory compliance, search placement, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, compatibility with every agent or a completed purchase.
When two scores conflicted, policy won.
Removing the site's explicit Content-Signal temporarily improved one scanner but reduced another and made 3Dogs' content-use policy less clear. 3Dogs restored the truthful signal and accepted the remaining deduction. Pointer is meant to improve the business—not teach it to game a scoreboard.
After the score
Readiness is an operating discipline, not a one-day cleanup.
Pages drift, endpoints change, terminology moves and new alerts accumulate. 3Dogs therefore applied a human-operated assurance discipline to its own systems after the initial remediation.
AI Operations Assurance
An internal 3Dogs method for inventorying important signals, monitoring state changes, grouping duplicate or low-value alerts, preserving ownership and review history, and testing proposed improvements against protected categories before release.
Selected practices can be used by the authorized 3Dogs team inside a scoped Pointer engagement.

What do the observed 64 and verified 100 mean?
Alan Finney observed a 64 in the public Cloudflare scanner during the August 1, 2026 working session. A fresh default-profile scan on August 2 returned 100 and Level 5 Agent-Native, and the retained screenshot on this page records that dated UI result. Because 3Dogs did not retain a signed export or complete evidence package for the observed 64, the two numbers are not presented as an independently audited before-and-after claim.
Can 3Dogs actually fix what Pointer finds?
Yes—within the public estate, access, systems and work agreed in writing. Pointer is the diagnostic. The annual readiness program finds the blockers, records the baseline, implements approved fixes, checks for regressions, independently rescans and documents the change.
What did 3Dogs change to improve AI and agent readiness?
3Dogs aligned public product and plan language; improved crawl, sitemap, metadata, structured-data and Markdown surfaces; added direct AEO and GEO answers; published supported agent, API and commerce discovery resources; and strengthened trust and human-control explanations. It did not claim unfinished capabilities solely to increase a score.
Does an agent-readiness score guarantee that AI systems will find or cite a company?
No. A scanner tests visible conventions on a URL at a moment in time. It cannot guarantee indexing, ranking, retrieval, citation, recommendation, interoperability, traffic, leads or revenue.
What is AI Operations Assurance?
AI Operations Assurance is 3Dogs' internal, human-operated discipline for monitoring its own systems, rationalizing alerts, preserving review history and checking proposed improvements before release. It is not a third product, SCADA marketing, an ISA-18.2 compliance claim or an autonomous Evolution loop. Selected practices may be used within a scoped Pointer engagement.
Does 3Dogs promise a customer the same 100 score?
No. Sites, constraints and third-party tests differ. Any scoped implementation term begins only when an accepted Scope Schedule, signed Order Form, mutually executed SOW, or accepted Marketplace offer incorporates the versioned rubric, minimum improvement required, protected-category threshold, dependencies, remeasurement date, bounded cure period and exclusive remedy. It does not extend the subscription or create uncapped work. No score of 100, particular third-party score, ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads or revenue is promised.
Who approves changes and payment?
The authorized human does. Models and the Executive Committee can advise and review; agents may prepare a handoff. The human approves consequential changes, accepts terms and completes payment through the provider-controlled page and the human's payment system.
