Baseline
Inventory agreed domains, pages, public APIs, agent surfaces, commerce paths and current results.
Pointer finds the AI-readiness blockers. The annual 3Dogs readiness program turns the diagnostic into approved implementation, regression testing, independent rescans and before-and-after proof. We applied the process to our own public estate first.
Pointer pointed to the gaps; the authorized team turned a scattered set of public pages and endpoints into a more coherent, machine-readable business presence. Your systems, constraints and starting results will differ. The method remains: baseline, diagnose, approve, implement, regression-test, independently rescan and prove the change. The score is a test instrument—not the objective.
Watch the 3Dogs self-case in plain language: the dated evidence, the limits of the observed starting score, the readiness layers and the authorized work.

I’m Rex, the 3Dogs Pointer dog. I’m also an A-I. I point to the things keeping your business invisible to other A-Is. The authorized 3Dogs team coordinates the work to fix them.
Here is the proof.
A fresh Cloudflare Is It Agent Ready scan on August second, twenty twenty-six returned a one hundred default score and Level Five Agent-Native for three-dogs-dot-A-I. Our retained dated screenshot records the UI result. The starting sixty-four was observed during the live work, but no signed starting export was retained. So this is dated evidence, not an independently audited before-and-after claim. It is not a certification. It is not an endorsement. And it is not a promise that your company will get the same number.
But the problem was real. The work got done. The observed result changed.
And if your business has the same kind of problem, we can fix this for you.
A-I does not see your company the way a customer does. It reads public pages, metadata, structured data, crawler rules, answer-ready explanations, agent and A-P-I descriptions, commerce information, identity signals and trust evidence.
If those signals are missing, contradictory or blocked, a machine may not find you. It may misunderstand you. Or it may find you and still have no safe way to act.
That is where I start with Pointer.
I establish a public baseline across seven connected readiness layers. S-E-O provides the technical foundation. A-E-O helps answer engines use clear, direct answers. G-E-O helps generative systems understand the company and its evidence. A-two-A helps compatible agents discover a machine-readable interface and understand the human-control boundary.
A-two-A is not a separate 3Dogs product. Pointer and Nexus are the products.
With Pointer, I check the evidence. I show what is present, what is missing, what conflicts, what is blocked, and what should happen next. I do not quietly rewrite your site. I do not invent a capability to raise a score. And I do not authorize myself.
Then the action layer begins.
With an annual Business, Corporate or Enterprise engagement, the authorized 3Dogs team turns the agreed findings into work: a documented baseline, prioritized plan, approved implementation, regression checks, independent rescans and before-and-after proof.
That work may include clearer public explanations, accurate structured data, appropriate crawler access, machine-readable product and commerce information, agent and A-P-I discovery, stronger trust signals, or a technical barrier that simply needs to be removed.
You own the content. You own the message. We are not here to take either one away. We are here to make what is true about your business easier for search engines, answer engines and authorized A-I agents to find, understand and safely use.
When a choice is consequential, Pointer helps frame the question and 3Dogs routes it to Nexus. Nexus brings together current research, independent model positions, challenge, risk and preserved dissent in one documented recommendation. A human makes the call.
Commercial scope and measurement terms are handled in writing.
Commercial scope, dependencies and measurement terms are established in a customer-accepted written agreement. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page.
The measurement record documents what changed; it does not promise a third-party score, ranking, citation, traffic, leads, revenue, protocol outcome or universal compatibility.
Pointer scanning is included in every 3Dogs plan, including the free thirty-day trial with no credit card. Hands-on implementation begins with an annual Business, Corporate or Enterprise engagement and an agreed scope.
Start with your public website. Then scan two competitors. Try a major commerce company you assume already has this solved. Compare the evidence, not just the headline number.
I will show you where to look.
And when you are ready to stop measuring the problem and start fixing it, put 3Dogs to work.
Go to pointer-dot-three-dogs-dot-A-I. Run the free scan. Then tell us: fix this for me.
You keep control. We do the authorized work. And together, we prove what changed.
Before changing a page, 3Dogs records the agreed public estate, the tests that matter, protected categories and known dependencies. Then the authorized team implements the approved work, checks for regressions, independently rescans and retains the proof.
Inventory agreed domains, pages, public APIs, agent surfaces, commerce paths and current results.
Separate real gaps from scanner limits, deliberate policies, access controls and unsupported suggestions.
Implement authorized, reversible changes across content, discovery, APIs, commerce and trust.
Repeat the agreed tests and verify that one improvement did not damage another protected category.
Retain the evidence, rationalize alerts, review drift and keep consequential changes human-approved.
Each card links to the public third-party scanner or test. These tools measure different visible conventions, which is why a real engagement uses a scorecard rather than treating one vendor's number as the whole truth.
Default profile; Level 5 Agent-Native; 7/7 discovery and 4/4 commerce checks shown. Opens a fresh scan.
9323 of 24 checks reported as passed.
93One warning remained around the deliberate Content-Signal policy.
89Level 5 Agent Native; discovery, content and API categories at 100.
8821 checks reported as passed, including visible AI access files.
CompleteNamed crawlers and public AI access files were reachable at test time.
Evidence boundary: these are dated third-party automated outputs, not audits, certifications, endorsements, security assessments or permanent grades. Results can change with the site, network, selected URL, enabled-check profile or scanner. Cloudflare's default profile excludes its optional A2A Agent Card and AP2 checks; when explicitly enabled on August 2, the A2A Agent Card passed and AP2 remained an identified improvement opportunity. These results do not establish security, regulatory compliance, search placement, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, compatibility with every agent or a completed purchase.
Removing the site's explicit Content-Signal temporarily improved one scanner but reduced another and made 3Dogs' content-use policy less clear. 3Dogs restored the truthful signal and accepted the remaining deduction. Pointer is meant to improve the business—not teach it to game a scoreboard.
Pages drift, endpoints change, terminology moves and new alerts accumulate. 3Dogs therefore applied a human-operated assurance discipline to its own systems after the initial remediation.
An internal 3Dogs method for inventorying important signals, monitoring state changes, grouping duplicate or low-value alerts, preserving ownership and review history, and testing proposed improvements against protected categories before release.
Selected practices can be used by the authorized 3Dogs team inside a scoped Pointer engagement.
The team performs the authorized work. Models and the Executive Committee may review evidence and preserve dissent. The authorized human remains accountable.
Pointer points to what is discoverable, supported, inconsistent, missing, risky or ready for action. A readiness engagement can produce a documented baseline, prioritized remediation plan, authorized implementation and evidence-backed rescan.
Nexus takes consequential strategic questions deeper through research and adversarial multi-model analysis, preserving evidence, disagreement and a human-controlled next step.
You own the content and the message. 3Dogs improves how accurately machines can find, parse, understand and safely interact with that content. We do not take over its substance or publish consequential changes without authorization.
The agreed public estate, starting scorecard, protected categories, dependencies and exclusions.
Dated public validator outputs, with scanner limitations separated from genuine gaps.
Ranked work across SEO, AEO/GEO, AI discovery, agent/API discovery, commerce and trust.
Approved, reversible changes on customer-controlled surfaces, with peer review where appropriate.
Repeat tests plus checks that a gain did not materially damage another agreed protected category.
Baseline, change record, post-change results, limitations, unresolved work and operator review.
The accepted written scope states the work, dependencies, access, schedule and measurement method. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page.
Where scoped, human-operated monitoring, alert rationalization and review of proposed improvements.
| Plan | Annual price | Readiness scope |
|---|---|---|
| Business | Available upon inquiry | One license, one standard public business estate and the agreed annual readiness program. |
| Corporate | Available upon inquiry | Five licenses and the same core annual readiness program. |
| Enterprise | Custom annual scope | Tailored annual readiness program for the agreed estate, governance, access, dependencies and delivery terms. |
Annual Business, Corporate and Enterprise plans include current 3Dogs platform capabilities and new generally available capabilities released during the active term, subject to plan license, usage, scope, compatibility and implementation limits.
Business, Corporate and Enterprise readiness work is available upon inquiry. Any engagement is limited to the scope, dependencies, access, schedule and measurement method accepted by the customer in writing.
No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page: no score of 100, third-party score, ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads, revenue, protocol outcome or universal compatibility is promised.
Alan Finney observed a 64 in the public Cloudflare scanner during the August 1, 2026 working session. A fresh default-profile scan on August 2 returned 100 and Level 5 Agent-Native, and the retained screenshot on this page records that dated UI result. Because 3Dogs did not retain a signed export or complete evidence package for the observed 64, the two numbers are not presented as an independently audited before-and-after claim.
Yes—within the public estate, access, systems and work agreed in writing. Pointer is the diagnostic. The annual readiness program finds the blockers, records the baseline, implements approved fixes, checks for regressions, independently rescans and documents the change.
3Dogs aligned public product and plan language; improved crawl, sitemap, metadata, structured-data and Markdown surfaces; added direct AEO and GEO answers; published supported agent, API and commerce discovery resources; and strengthened trust and human-control explanations. It did not claim unfinished capabilities solely to increase a score.
No. A scanner tests visible conventions on a URL at a moment in time. It cannot guarantee indexing, ranking, retrieval, citation, recommendation, interoperability, traffic, leads or revenue.
AI Operations Assurance is 3Dogs' internal, human-operated discipline for monitoring its own systems, rationalizing alerts, preserving review history and checking proposed improvements before release. It is not a third product, SCADA marketing, an ISA-18.2 compliance claim or an autonomous Evolution loop. Selected practices may be used within a scoped Pointer engagement.
No. Sites, constraints and third-party tests differ. Any scoped implementation term begins only when an accepted Scope Schedule, signed Order Form, mutually executed SOW, or accepted Marketplace offer incorporates the versioned rubric, minimum improvement required, protected-category threshold, dependencies, remeasurement date, bounded cure period and exclusive remedy. It does not extend the subscription or create uncapped work. No score of 100, particular third-party score, ranking, AI citation, traffic, leads or revenue is promised.
The authorized human does. Models and the Executive Committee can advise and review; agents may prepare a handoff. The human approves consequential changes, accepts terms and completes payment through the provider-controlled page and the human's payment system.
Case boundary: this is an internal 3Dogs self-application, not a paid client engagement. The August 1 screenshot and August 2 verification scan are dated third-party automated outputs. No screenshot, metric, partnership, certification or customer outcome was invented for this case study.
Do not stop at a score. The annual readiness program turns the diagnostic into an agreed scope, approved implementation, regression testing, independent rescans and proof of measurable change.
The accepted Scope Schedule, signed Order Form, mutually executed SOW, or accepted Marketplace offer defines the exact work and measurement method. No public outcome guarantee is offered on this page. Paid commitments, applicable terms and payment remain human-controlled.
