# 3Dogs pricing and service contract

## Current public plans

- Solo: USD 99 per month for one user.
- Professional: USD 299 per month for consultants and advisors working across multiple organizations.
- Business: USD 999 per month for up to five users in one business domain.
- Enterprise: from USD 20,000 per year; scope and deployment are quoted.

3Dogs Pointer is included in Professional, Business, and Enterprise. 3Dogs Pointer and 3Dogs Nexus are distinct products: Pointer points to supporting evidence, conflicts, assumptions, gaps, risks, and next actions in supplied AI answers; Nexus runs the Discovery-Nexus-Evolution decision process for consequential Decision Cases. Pointer does not perform the follow-on work. A2A is an interface used by Pointer, not a separate product or payment system.

## Checkout and payment

An agent may request a temporary checkout handoff to your payment system, AWS Marketplace, or contact sales. The handoff is not a purchase. A human must authenticate, review the applicable terms, choose the plan and provider, and personally approve any paid commitment in the provider-controlled checkout.

No public agent interface may accept terms, create a paid subscription, or authorize a real-money payment on a human's behalf.

## Free access

The public Pointer demonstration and free-account claim require no credit card. Account identity and service notices remain human-controlled. Marketing consent is separate and is not inferred from account creation.

## Support and limits

Usage limits, service levels, data-handling terms, refunds, and enterprise commitments are governed by the applicable 3Dogs agreement and the selected payment provider's checkout. Contact 3Dogs before relying on a plan description for procurement or regulated use.
