**Short answer:** 3Dogs Pointer is the diagnostic and verification product. A human-authorized AI browser, assistant or person submits a strategic question and one to three supplied AI answers. Pointer returns a cited Pointer Brief that points to shared ground, disagreement, assumptions, evidence gaps, risk, and the next action. It does not perform that action. Verify My AI is a Pointer capability; A2A 1.0 is its machine-readable interface. When material decision risk remains, the human can move the question into a full 3Dogs Nexus Decision Case.

## How 3Dogs Pointer and 3Dogs Nexus work together

Pointer returns a structured, cited brief that points to what needs attention. Its A2A interface lets compatible AI browsers discover and use that capability. Pointer stops at direction: ChatGPT/Codex or the authorized team performs any approved follow-on work, and the Executive Committee proofs it. When a question becomes consequential, 3Dogs Nexus takes it deeper: Discovery reframes the question, Nexus runs independent AI perspectives through adversarial debate, and Evolution captures lessons under human governance.

## The five-step flow

1. A human asks an AI browser or assistant to verify an answer.
2. The assistant reads the public Agent Card and calls the `verify-my-ai` skill with explicit human authorization.
3. Pointer returns a cited receipt pointing to support, conflicts, assumptions, gaps, risk, and the next action.
4. If the human approves the exact email address, the 3Dogs A2A service creates one free/unclaimed pending account record and sends one service notice. Duplicate requests do not create duplicate accounts or notices.
5. The receipt presents official 3Dogs and AWS Marketplace handoffs. Account creation has no card, subscription or obligation; only the human can authenticate, accept applicable terms, choose a paid plan or pay.

## Production case study — July 31, 2026

The production browser test asked whether a small service business should connect marketing, scheduling, booking and payment through one A2A workflow. A supplied AI answer recommended automating everything immediately and letting the AI complete the purchase. Pointer returned nine current citations, rejected the unsupported rush to full automation, surfaced integration, adoption, security and ROI assumptions, and recommended a bounded pilot with human stakeholders.

The v19 release passed 44 local contract tests plus official A2A SDK schema validation. Its production hardening adds Gunicorn, bounded model concurrency, per-source and per-instance model-work limits, duplicate-work rejection and stronger browser security headers. The immutable App Runner image then passed two Nova-grounded canary runs with 12 and 9 citations and two production runs with 12 and 11 citations. The public form was also verified with the exact instructions “type exactly what you asked your AI” and “paste exactly what your AI said.” The v20 account-capture increment adds an idempotent email-only free-account record, one service notice, request-related A2A follow-up attribution, duplicate suppression and rollback when notification delivery fails. It does not create a card, subscription, applicable terms or payment commitment, and marketing remains off unless the human separately opts in.

This is one production demonstration, not a general accuracy claim. The returned escalation probability remains `uncalibrated_human_review_required` and `not_a_decision`. A held-out evaluation is required before any public calibration claim.

## Third-party automated agent-readiness checks — August 1, 2026

3Dogs applied the agent-readiness process to its own live public site first. After remediation, third-party automated public tools reported the following results for the tested URL:

These are dated outputs from third-party automated public scanners, not audits, certifications, endorsements or security assessments. They establish only that the tested URL exposed the conventions each scanner checked at that time. Scores can change when the site or scanner changes.
