Plans and human checkout

Choose the work you need. Keep final authority with the human.

A buyer or AI agent can compare the current offers, select a plan and billing cadence, and preserve that choice in an exact seller-controlled continuation URL. The continuation begins in the 3Dogs application; a payment provider may host the checkout. A human must authenticate, review the applicable terms and authorize any charge.

What the plans buy

Nexus is the strategic-intelligence product.

Nexus is the overarching decision-intelligence product. Pointer measures and documents website and agent readiness. Bloodhound is deal intelligence. Malamute is the governed implementation harness. A Pointer score is evidence about the measured website checks; it is not proof of a Nexus outcome, ranking, sale or completed purchase.

Current public pricing

Four paths, with no invented authority.

Recurring terms. Professional and Corporate plans recur and auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds. Review the current Terms before authorizing payment.

Corporate service truth. Commercial inclusion is PUBLISHED; service definition is UNAVAILABLE; runtime entitlement is NOT_MEASURED; always-on operation or outcome is NOT_PROMISED. The public offer does not define activation, included quantities, sources, cadence, implementation hours, deliverables, service levels or overage handling. Confirm those terms at authorization or in a signed scope. Bloodhound work remains source/buy-box/cadence scoped; Malamute work remains authority/control/review/rollback scoped.

Scope clarification required. Terms v1.0 section 6A lists Entities / Organizations as Unlimited for both paid plans but does not define an entity; this label does not create extra users, accounts, workspaces, tenants or entitlements. The same section references an included monthly review for Corporate and separately quoted work beyond it, but does not define quantity, deliverables, reset or carryover, overage trigger or authorization. Clarify both terms before relying on them.

Commerce proof state

The public path currently stops at a prepared selection.

catalog_seen → selection_prepared → auth_required → checkout_started → payment_confirmed → entitlement_active → receipt_issued

The static catalog verifies only that the current plan, cadence, price and seller-controlled continuation URL were published. Authentication, checkout, payment, entitlement and receipt require seller-controlled runtime evidence. A continuation link cannot be promoted into a purchase claim. A buyer-bound hosted checkout page proves only checkout_started; it never proves payment or purchase.

Agent buyer path

What an AI agent can do now.

  1. Read the canonical catalog at pricing.json.
  2. Match the human's stated need to Professional, Corporate or Enterprise.
  3. Select monthly or annual billing when the plan supports it.
  4. Return the exact published continuation URL, then summarize scope, cancellation timing and refund policy.
  5. Stop. The human authenticates, reviews terms and authorizes any charge. If authentication is required, the human may need to open the same continuation URL again after signing in.

This guide is nonbinding and stateless. Reading it or opening the URL creates no account, order, subscription, acceptance or payment. This candidate has not proved that a fresh normal buyer can complete checkout end to end. Authentication resumption is also not proved. A buyer-bound provider session can prove only that checkout started; signed payment evidence, seller-controlled entitlement and a seller receipt are required to claim purchase.

Current boundary: an AI may compare and explain the published offers, but a human must authenticate, review terms and authorize payment. Literal delegated checkout is not implemented.

The authority boundary

Near purchase is useful. Pretending to have permission is not.

An agent may

Discover the offer, compare plans, explain scope, select a billing cadence from human instructions, create the exact continuation URL, and hand control to the human.

An agent may not

Invent an email, create an account, submit an Enterprise lead, accept terms, claim human consent from a caller-supplied Boolean, submit card data, create a paid subscription or assert that checkout completed without verified seller state and a seller receipt.
